It seems that socialite Paris Hilton's famous sex tape '1 night in Paris' is set to be re-released under a different name and in a ‘collectible prison packaging'.
The tape, which features the former jailbird and her exbeau Rick Salomo, first surfaced in 2003 and the hotel heiress sued Salomon for leaking the clip. But, the Simple Life star is said to have settled for an out-ofcourt settlement of 40,000 dollars, a part of which she planned to donate to charity . However, Hilton denied accepting money from the sale of the tape.

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was on a shopping spree in Hawaii Islands, where she was holidaying after serving time for violating terms of probation. The new free bird was spotted visiting a lot of high fashion stores. Dressed in white shorts and a silk top, the socialite was seen spending a lot of time in the boutiques. A source called the Simple Life star a sweet girl and said that she seemed to be in a good mood. The source added that the 26-year-old carried herself with a great deal of style. “She was in a really good mood; she’s a sweet girl. And she looked great. She’s got so much style,” a magazine quoted the source, as saying. Hilton picked up loads of T-shirts, jewellery, candles, a pink leopard caftan, a tunic and a princess-themed toilet roll dispenser for $ 29.

Lindsay Lohan moves out of the party hub

Rehabbing actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly moving out from her Sierra Towers apartment to lead a booze-free life. According to a source, the apartment is at a very happening place, so the party girl who is currently in rehab after her drunken car crash incident has decided not to go back there once she completes her therapy. “The Sierra Towers is a party hub,” a newspaper quoted a source, as saying. “Lindsay has made the decision not to be around that when she gets out,” the source added.

A source has also revealed that the Mean Girls actress has already moved from the place where many celebs like Matthew Perry, Cher, PJ Harvey, Evander Holyfield, Joan Collins, Peter Lawford, Fred Durst, Sidney Poitier, George Hamilton and David Geffen put up or have stayed earlier. It seems that the actress is taking her current rehab stint very seriously, for earlier her mum Dina had revealed that the star will do an ‘extended care program’ in rehab. Meanwhile, the young starlet, who checked into Promises rehab following her arrest in a DUI case, also cancelled her 21st birthday bash at a Las Vegas nightclub.

PARIS HILTON PLANNING TO SUE HER LAWYER

Does Paris Hilton blame her lawyer for her jail sentence? Looks like she does. And for a change, she may actually pick a fight with someone who isn’t best-known for nightclubbing: her former lawyer. The ex-jailbird heiress is apparently “furious” with a lawyer, who represented her in her DUI case, says a source close to the Hilton family, who claims that her camp is looking into possible legal action against him. “The way this case was handled was a disaster,” the insider says. “Nobody goes to jail for DUI that long. It was all the lawyer’s fault and we’re looking into what recourse we have.” The source says legal action may be in the future. Paris Hilton may plan to sue her lawyer. But Hilton’s rep denies the story, saying “There is no truth in this.”

TV news presenter Mika Brzezinski refused to lead her bulletin with the latest Paris Hilton story, and even tried to set the script on fire and feed it to a shredder machine. Mika, a presenter at MSNBC’s Morning Joe show, refused to read about Hilton’s release from jail ahead of items on Iraq and developments at the White House, reports a website.
She repeatedly argued with her co-presenters about it being the lead story. She told viewers, “I hate it and I don’t think it should be our lead. I just don’t believe in covering that story, at least not as the lead story on the newscast, when we have a day like today.”
Then, on the next bulletin, she took a co-presenter’s cigarette lighter and tried to burn the script. She later refused to read it for the third time and took the script to the shredder and fed it to the machine. When images of Hilton leaving jail were shown, Mika had her head in her hands as the camera returned to the studio.

Paris Hilton can finally shed tears of relief, for she’s once again a free bird. The hotel heiress has been released from the Century Regional Detention Center where she was doing time for violating her probation terms by driving on a suspended license. Hilton walked through the doors of the facility at noon and headed straight for a black car, in which her parents Rick and Kathy Hilton were waiting. She had already dumped her orange jumpsuit after being allowed to change into a spring coat with a white shirt underneath that her mother had brought along for her. Paris’ eyes welled up with tears as she screamed out, “Mom!” and hugged her. Her parents had taken her plea for some ‘real food’ as they had brought her some snack wrapped in an aluminium foil and a bouquet of flowers.

Paris Hilton's younger sister Nicky Hilton left behind a mysterious red packet with the authorities in Lynwood prison, after she visited her sister at the facility. The 23-yearold fashion designer was accompanied by her beau David Katzenberg and another blonde friend, reports a website. This is Nicky’s second visit to her sister ever since the socialite has been in the slammer. Last week, after her visit to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility’s medical ward, rumours were rife that Hilton was receiving ‘preferential treatment’ at the facility. Apparently, sister Nicky was said to have jumped queues to fill visitation forms. This was not liked by many other visitors. “We don’t care about no Paris Hilton. We’re here for our families,” a magazine quoted a visitor, as saying. “Why did they get to go up first, that’s what I want to know,” another visitor added.

According to her lawyer, she is not getting the treatment which she deserves at the at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility’s unit. Attorney Richard Hutton said that the staff at the facility has been taking good care of Hilton, and that she is being treated like every other prisoner. She has been jailed for drunk driving. According to the LA Times, there have been lot more celebrities who have been jailed for similar offence, but the thing is that Paris Hilton is the center of attraction of everybody in today's world, and that is the reason behind her state of affairs being so much highlighted. To add to her voes, Endeavor, the agency which signed her in 2005, axed her the same day she was ordered back to jail.
