But, the Simple Life star is said to have settled for an out-ofcourt settlement of 40,000 dollars, a part of which she planned to donate to charity . The furious actress wrote on her internet message board: "All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the pictures Calum took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.

"If I ever find out who broke into my computer, he is in big s**t."

Lindsay has instructed her legal team to ensure the intimate images are never released on the internet as she fears they could ruin her career.
